The Dynamic Development Continuum (DDC) connects two distinct but complementary phases. Phase One rebuilds and strengthens the critical assets required for self-sufficiency. Phase Two builds on established assets, productive capacity and market potential to develop pathways towards commercial viability and thriving.
Together, these two phases reflect a broader understanding of impact: preserving life when immediate needs are greatest, strengthening the foundations for people to become self-sufficient, and creating opportunities for communities and local economies to thrive.
