Empower 20 million Africans to sustainably provide for themselves by 2032.

This Christmas, help us reach the children who need it most.

We believe every child should have the opportunity to dream, learn, and grow.

Early Childhood Development (ECD), which usually takes place at a crèche or pre-school, is a crucial part of a child’s education, ensuring that they develop their full cognitive, emotional, social and physical potential.

In South Africa’s informal settlements, however, most of these pre-schools are simple set ups, housed in shacks of corrugated iron that are boiling hot in summer and icy cold in winter. They leak in the rain and have little ventilation. There are very few educational toys and equipment, and few qualified staff. Most do not have adequate toilets.
Despite these dire conditions, these centres are the heart of communities, a place where parents can leave their children and go to work with peace of mind. The centres nurture hope and offer a chance at breaking the cycle of poverty and inequality that are prevalent in these communities.
This Christmas, you can help us reach the children who need it most.

With your support, we can give every child the strong start they deserve. Your gift can turn their wishes into reality.

Your contribution you can help us:

Provide daily nutritious meals to children in ECD centres which constitute 75% of the daily nutritional requirements of a child.

Enhance access to clean and safe drinking water and handwashing facilities which promote hygiene for children in ECD centres.

Education numeracy and literacy resources which help with child stimulation in the ECD centres.

Upgrade and renovate substandard ECD structures into decent and safe learning facilities for children which foster stimulation and childhood development

Empower teachers with teaching qualifications which enable them to teach the children adequately.
